Aboriginal Experiences creates, presents and promotes Aboriginal arts and culture to a large and diverse audience. We create a greater understanding of and appreciation for the rich diversity of Aboriginal arts, culture and traditional teachings among all Canadians.

This application is for the first season of "Sky Woman Falls to the Earth", an adaptation of the traditional story of Creation in a fusion of ancient storytelling, contemporary theatre and traditional dance. The performances of "Sky Woman" will take place twice a day on Victoria Island from June through October. It involves three to six performers and will be presented as a recorded narration available not only in English but also in four other languages (French, Spanish, German and Japanese) and accompanied by theatrical reenactments and traditional Aboriginal dance.
