The Festival features a unique blend of new and emerging artists, Canadian icons and returning fan favourites, located on several stages throughout our waterfront and downtown area. Complete with a Carnival, Downtown Streetfest, Parade, Family Zone, and a free music education program for children, the event offers something for everyone and appeals to a wide demographic. |

| Project Name: | 25th Anniversary Celebrations |
| Project Description: | The Burlington Sound of Music Festival 25th Anniversary Celebrations include enhanced programming supported by increased marketing and promotions. There are three components: (1) a new focus on the downtown area, including building on existing Stages and adding a secondary stage between City Hall and the waterfront, as well as adding pageantry, outdoor cafes, stronger culturally focused programming, visual arts exhibits, and a history tent; (2) higher profile music to attract non-local audience; and (3) enhancements to the Grande Festival Parade. |
