The Rainbow Club is a vibrant, welcoming force at the heart of South Georgian Bay, dedicated to creating connection, celebration, and belonging for the 2SLGBTQ+ community and its allies. Through inclusive events, education, advocacy, and trusted support, we work to ensure that everyone—across generations and communities—feels seen, safe, and empowered to live authentically. From Pride celebrations to year-round programming, The Rainbow Club is committed to building a region where diversity is celebrated, community is strengthened, and love truly belongs.

This application is for “Collingwood Pride 2026”, a three-day cultural arts festival taking place July 10 to 12, 2026 across multiple venues in Collingwood, Ontario. The festival presents professionally produced 2SLGBTQIA+ artistic programming across multiple indoor and outdoor venues in the downtown core and waterfront, positioning Collingwood as a vibrant summer destination for inclusive cultural celebration. Collingwood Pride 2026 expands its artistic scope with additional performance formats, curated showcases, and a third full program day. Programming includes: (1) Live performance and headline programming: approximately twenty-five live performances across three days, featuring live music, drag and performance art, DJ-led performance blocks, and contemporary queer arts presentations by emerging, local, and established Ontario-based artists. Venues include Hurontario Street, Simcoe Street and Tremont Lane; (2) Cultural showcases and community storytelling: daytime cultural and community activations, BIPOC and Indigenous artist showcases, and shared program blocks designed to support artistic exchange and audience development. Venues include Gayety Theatre and Simcoe Street Theatre; and (3) Pride parade and public activations: a downtown Pride Parade held on Hurontario Street and public-space activations animating the core and waterfront, followed by evening headline performances.
