This application is for “Music Niagara’s 2026 Summer Festival” which will celebrate its 28th season with an expanded lineup of 24 concerts from June 14 to August 14, 2026, presented in intimate venues across Niagara-on-the-Lake and paired with the region’s renowned wine country hospitality. The Festival will showcase Canadian and international artists as well as emerging young artists, while offering diverse programming that appeals to a wide range of audiences. The Festival’s new three-part structure directly responds to audience demand for more jazz and reinforces Niagara-on-the-Lake’s reputation as a premier cultural tourism destination. The programming includes:

(1) “New Summer Jazz Series” (June 23–26) under a dedicated Festival tent at Ironwood Cider House, celebrating women in Canadian jazz and complemented by a Rat Pack-inspired program;

(2) “Young Virtuosos Series” (July 12–16), showcasing exceptional youth ensembles and choirs from Canada and abroad; and (3) “Pops Series” (August 10–14) brings back crowd favorites along with new acts spanning genres from classical and jazz to rock, R&B, and bluegrass. Additional programming includes the "Glory to Ukraine Series", masterclasses with international faculty, and Shaw & Music collaborations with Shaw Festival artists
