| Project Name: | Carassauga Discovers New Talent |
| Project Description: | This application is for “Carassauga Discovers New Talent”, an inaugural talent show being added to regular programming. The Festival will take place May 26-28, 2016, in several venues around Mississauga. A majority of the programming and pavilions will be at the Hershey Centre.
Organizers are expecting contestants from communities from all areas of Ontario and upstate New York. The winner of the Singing Star Contest will be chosen by a panel of local professionals in the music industry. In addition to having an original song produced and recorded professionally, the winner will have a chance perform at the Carassauga Outdoor Main Stage during the Festival and at other Carassauga events throughout the year. |
