| Project Description: | Programming for the first "Great Markham Stampede" to take place at the Markham Fairgrounds includes (A) an outdoor concert featuring Canadian country artist George Canyon on Friday night, and (B) a full day of entertainment on the main stage with various Canadian artists on Saturday. The centre track area of the Fairgrounds will host two full rodeo shows; and other attractions include motto cross exhibitions; a show from the "North American Cavalry Challenge", two shows from Super Dogs, and the York Region Police Pipe Band. |
