Incorporated in 2019, Wolfe Island Commons is a not-for-profit organization based on Wolfe Island (the largest of the Thousand Islands) , with a mandate to promote community prosperity at the intersections of culture, agriculture, and environment. The organization operates from an outdoor cultural venue adjacent to, and in partnership with, The Wolfe Island Hotel and produces year-round programming including The Market at Wolfe Island Commons (a weekly seasonal outdoor market), The Island Talks Speaker Series, benefit concerts, and Indigenous artist showcases.

This application is for "The Garden Party", a ten-day multi-day outdoor arts, music, and cultural festival taking place September 18 to 27, 2026, across multiple venues on Wolfe Island. The festival celebrates the return of ferry service from Cape Vincent, NY, expanding the island's reach to U.S. audiences.
