Muskoka Arts & Crafts is one of the oldest and most well established arts organizations in Ontario, having grown since its inception in 1963 to include a diverse membership of professional full-time artists, part-time artists, hobbyists, amateurs, patrons and art enthusiasts, creating a dynamic environment where everyone can learn from each other.

Projet Muskoka Arts & Crafts Annual Summer Show
Description du projet

This application is for the “Muskoka Arts & Crafts 64th Annual Summer Show”, a three-day outdoor visual arts festival taking place July 17 to 19, 2026 at Annie Williams Memorial Park in Bracebridge. Programming includes: (1) Juried visual art and craft exhibition: approximately 200 exhibiting artists and craftspeople from across Canada presenting and selling original works in mediums such as ceramics, jewellery, painting, metalwork, and textiles, selected through a juried application process from approximately 300 applicants; (2) Live entertainment: a weekend lineup of local musicians, poets, aerialists, and authors performing across two stages within the park, including the centrally located Main Stage and the Welcome Stage near the festival entrance; (3) Not-for-profit village: a dedicated area for local non-profit organizations to showcase their work through interactive displays and hands-on activities that highlight community initiatives and cultural programming; and (4) Kids creative zone and interactive art experiences: family-friendly activities including face painting, hands-on craft creation, and live painting demonstrations where artists engage with visitors while creating works inspired by the surrounding environment.
