Read More >>Since 1999, the Government of Ontario has invested $47.75 million in the Fund and the success of the over 750 initiatives in which OCAF has invested has led to a healthy replenishment of the Fund for future projects. Repayments replenish the fund and support more events: the Government’s investment has already resulted in over $78 M of event funding.
OCAF has three specific aims:
OCAF-funded events have attracted over 70 million visitors and generated earned revenues of over $235 million for applicant organizations.

OCAF values the major contribution that Black, Indigenous and People of
Colour make every day to arts, culture and cultural tourism across Ontario.
OCAF invests in good ideas and helps to make extraordinary events
happen. We want to work with the whole community to deliver this
mandate. We believe that racism should never play a role in any decisions
made and we will work towards building a future and a system that will not
allow systemic racism to exist.
