Stage 1 applications are accepted at any time. We recommend that clients submit a Stage 1 application at least 6 months in advance of the proposed date of their event. While the application process can be as brief as one month, substantial lead time is necessary to promote and market the event adequately and successfully. The deadlines posted below are for Stage 2 applications.
